The Narcotics Division of the Wharton County Sheriff's Office is responsible for the eradication of narcotics trafficking and growing of illegal substance in Wharton County.  The division is active in all of Wharton County and surrounding jurisdictions.  This division is also attached to the Wharton County Narcotics Task Force.

Sgt. Jason Mican is coordinator of this division. 

Each Criminal Investigation Division Sergeant assists Sgt. Mican with the task of  the eradication of narcotics trafficking and growing of illegal substance in Wharton County.
